Restoration Technician
&nbsp;Job Summary:

The purpose of this job description is to establish and define the authority, reporting, roles, and responsibilities of a mold remediation technician.
Job Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Comply with all safety policies</li>
<li>Cross over between mold remediation, water mitigation and assist with reconstruction</li>
<li>Learn job-related material primarily through oral instruction and observation</li>
<li>Basic mitigation paperwork</li>
<li>Understand moisture meter and readings</li>
<li>Understand how to set and clean equipment</li>
<li>Run the job while the mitigation manager is on other jobs and/or away</li>
<li>Payroll app coded daily</li>
<li>Understand the IICRC S-500 and the S-520</li>
</ul>
