Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a dynamic banking call center team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding service that exceeds customer expectations.
- Handle calls efficiently, maintaining high productivity and quality standards.
- Acquire and demonstrate knowledge of retail, online banking, mortgage, and business products.
- Assist customers promptly with inquiries and provide accurate resolutions.
- Actively listen and communicate effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to company policies, federal and state regulations, including anti-money laundering guidelines.
- Identify and report any suspicious activities.
- Cross-sell financial services and products where applicable.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 1-3 years of call center experience, retail banking products, or residential loan experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and active listening abilities.
- Computer proficiency and attention to detail.
- Preferred: Bilingual candidates (not required).
