Responsibilities
Lead our local sales efforts by identifying opportunities to serve families and businesses within Hollidaysburg.
Meet with potential clients in person to understand their financial security goals and present meaningful solutions.
Mentor newer agents by sharing your sales strategies, industry insights, and best practices for client retention.
Manage and nurture a growing book of business while ensuring every client receives proactive, personalized care.
Engage with the local community through events and partnerships to build lasting professional connections.
Collaborate with our agency leadership to refine our sales processes and improve overall client satisfaction.
Requirements
Active Pennsylvania Life and Health Insurance License.
Minimum of three years of experience in insurance sales or high-level client advisory.
Strong comfort level with face-to-face meetings and community-based relationship building.
Working knowledge of modern insurance CRM software.
Demonstrated history of mentoring or supporting team members.
Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex products simply.
