1 Site - 1 SLP and 1 SLPA provide support with caseload
1 Site - 3 SLPs and 2 Evaluation Team members provide support with caseload

- Articulation / Fluency
- Mild to Moderate

Start Date: As soon as possible
End Date: May 21, 2026

Job Requirements:
Valid AZ SLP License (Speech Language Pathologist License)
