Production Operator
This role is responsible for the final assembly, inspection, and packaging of products to ensure accurate, high-quality shipments. The position supports production and shipping operations by verifying components, preparing orders for delivery, and collaborating with team members to maintain efficiency and compliance.
LOCATION: Beaverton, OR
SALARY: $26/hr.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Perform final mechanical assembly, cleaning, inspection, and preparation of products for shipment
· Assemble and package products, Kanban kits, and service parts in accordance with shipping requirements
· Verify shipment accuracy, ensuring all required accessories (manuals, software, hardware components, and cables) are included
· Collaborate with team members as needed and perform additional duties as assigned to ensure quality and efficiency
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
· 1–2 years of mechanical assembly experience; high school diploma or equivalent required
· Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a routine basis in a production or shipping environment
· Proficient in computer fundamentals, data entry, and basic math
· Strong written (accurate handwriting and typing) and verbal communication skills in English
· Preferred: 3+ years of shipping experience in a high-tech environment, including domestic and international shipping, export control regulations, and electrostatic sensitive device (ESD) procedures
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This role requires the ability to routinely lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds in a production or shipping environment. Candidates must be able to stand, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.
