Job Title: Customer Service Specialist
Location: 557 NE Westbrook, Grants Pass, OR 97526
Schedule: 100% Onsite (Possible Future Hybrid)
Work Hours: 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM or 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Pacific Time)
Duration: 0–3 Months (Temp to Perm Potential)
Pay Rate: $16.00/hr
Start Date: As soon as possible
Position Summary
As a Customer Service Specialist for the Strategic CSR team, delivering top-tier service to customers by managing inquiries, processing orders, and providing accurate product information. You will ensure each interaction reflects our commitment to professionalism, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats, ensuring timely, professional, and courteous responses.
- Process customer orders efficiently and accurately with minimal errors.
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge and communicate promotions or additional services effectively.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward all customers.
- Record and resolve customer complaints promptly, ensuring follow-up and resolution.
- Collaborate with supervisors and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Attend regular team meetings and participate in ongoing training to enhance service quality.
- Meet or exceed performance goals including call quality, order accuracy, and responsiveness metrics.
- Complete other duties as assigned by management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience (call center or office-based preferred)
- Typing speed of 35+ WPM; 10-key by touch proficiency
- Strong communication skills (phone, email, chat) with a professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle high call volumes efficiently
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Team player with a proactive approach to customer satisfaction
