Tesoro Group is hiring for a Building Services Engineer in Plymouth, MN. Individuals will start their workday in Plymouth, MN and travel to job sites with a company vehicle - this position will require 100% travel. Monday-Friday 7:30AM start time. Contract to hire 90-120 days before conversion, targeting pay $25-$28/hour DOQ.
The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, organized, eager to learn. The candidate will need to have a clean background with a cleared DMV check. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months experience in HVAC, air conditioning, plumbing, electrical maintenance and knowledge of construction experience building interior walls, framing, drywalling.
Position Duties:
- Performing quality checks on HVAC, air conditioning, plumbing and electrical systems
- Checking and responding to security and safety issues
- Testing and recommending new maintenance products
- Coordinating deliveries from vendors and suppliers
- Keeping documents of inspections and problems
- Doing landscaping, pool maintenance and pest control
- Keeping an inventory of cleaning and repair supplies
