<h3>Job Description</h3>
Our client, a leading financial institution based in Boston, MA, is seeking a Fund Accounting Analyst to join their growing team. In this role, the individual will be responsible for daily adherence to checklist tasks to ensure the full and accurate release of corporate action notices, researching actions using internal and external data sources including Bloomberg, escalating issues in a timely manner, managing daily production reporting, monitoring issue resolution, and assisting with cash reconciliation and pricing vs. custody position breaks.
 
 Responsibilities include: 
<ul>
<li>Daily adherence to checklist tasks to ensure full and accurate release of corporate action notices</li>
<li>Research actions using internal and external data sources including Bloomberg</li>
<li>Escalate issues and problem items in a timely manner</li>
<li>Manage daily production reporting and monitor resolution of issues</li>
<li>Assist with cash reconciliation and pricing vs. custody position breaks</li>
</ul>
Requirements: 
<ul>
<li>BA/BS degree</li>
<li>1 year of financial services industry experience within a finance, accounting and/or operations function</li>
<li>Proficiency in MS Office; Excel knowledge a plus</li>
<li>Bloomberg experience a plus</li>
</ul>
