This position requires strong organizational and communication skills to handle phone calls, emails, mail correspondence, scheduling, visitor greeting, and office supply management. The assistant ensures smooth daily operations through efficient record keeping, data entry, and customer service, working within a flexible schedule and utilizing both traditional office software and specialized scheduling tools.

Responsibilities
