We are currently seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Physician Assistant to join our growing clinical team. This role is ideal for a motivated provider who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional care to patients of all ages.


As a Physician Assistant, you will provide primary and episodic care while working collaboratively with physicians, providers, and clinical staff to assess, diagnose, treat, and educate patients. You will play an important role in maintaining patient flow, supporting quality outcomes, and promoting overall wellness through preventive care and patient education.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments, physical exams, and evaluations for urgent, emergent, and non-urgent conditions
  • Diagnose and develop treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians and clinical protocols
  • Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests and procedures including radiology, EKGs, labs, and other evaluations
  • Accurately document patient encounters, treatment plans, and follow-up care within the electronic medical record system
  • Perform therapeutic and diagnostic procedures as appropriate for patient care
  • Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, preventive care, and overall wellness
  • Maintain compliance with prescribing regulations, clinical protocols, and healthcare standards
  • Support and collaborate with fellow providers and clinical team members to deliver an exceptional patient experience


Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
  • Current Physician Assistant state licensure and certification
  • 1-3 years of Physician Assistant experience preferred
  • Strong clinical assessment and patient management skills
  • ACLS/PALS certification preferred
  • Ability to train, mentor, and support new and existing provider staff
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient care skills
