Qualifications & Experience:
- Licensed Physical Therapist in Minnesota
- Experience working with pediatric and school-aged populations
- Familiarity with IEP processes and special education protocols
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to adapt therapy strategies to meet diverse student needs
- Enthusiasm for supporting student growth within an educational environment
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop goal-oriented therapy plans for students
- Deliver direct PT services individually and in group settings
- Maintain detailed and timely documentation for each student
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute thoughtful recommendations
- Offer ongoing education to school staff and families for optimal carryover of therapy strategies
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to maximize student success
