Job DescriptionWe are looking for a skilled and detail-driven Bookkeeper to join a dynamic automotive service team in Los Angeles, California. This is a contract position ideal for candidates who excel in managing financial processes and enjoy contributing to a collaborative work environment. The role requires proficiency in QuickBooks and a strong ability to handle various accounting tasks with accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities:
• Manage full-cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure accurate and timely transactions.
• Input and process invoices, maintaining a high level of precision and adherence to deadlines.
• Maintain vendor records, perform reconciliations, and address any discrepancies effectively.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and assist with preparing detailed account reports.
• Generate and extract financial reports to support business operations and decision-making.
• Communicate with vendors and internal management to resolve billing or payment concerns.
• Provide support for other accounting and administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.• Minimum of 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks software is essential.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working in a casual yet dynamic work setting.
