Position Overview:
We are seeking a licensed Clinical Psychologist in Washington State with a specialization in pediatric neuropsychological assessment to lead and supervise our assessment training program. This unique role combines clinical assessment, supervision, and administrative leadership in a dynamic training environment. You will supervise pre-doctoral interns serving as psychometrists, provide secondary supervision to postdoctoral fellows, and collaborate closely with our Assessment Director.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive neuropsychological assessments for children and adolescents.
- Provide individual and group supervision to pre-doctoral interns completing assessment practicums.
- Offer secondary supervision and mentorship to postdoctoral fellows.
- Collaborate with the Director of Assessment on training program development and administration.
- Assist with interviewing and selection of new interns and fellows annually.
- Participate in networking and outreach with local graduate programs and universities.
- Uphold high standards in clinical documentation, ethical practice, and training oversight.
- Contribute to the growth and future APPIC/APA accreditation efforts for internship and postdoctoral programs.
- Attend regular team meetings and participate in continuing education opportunities.

Requirements:Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical or School Psychology from an APA-accredited program.
- Licensed (or license-eligible) psychologist in the state of Washington.
- Specialized training and clinical experience in pediatric psychological or neuropsychological assessment.
- Demonstrated experience in supervision or teaching, particularly with pre-doctoral and/or postdoctoral trainees.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Passion for training, mentorship, and clinical excellence.
- Confidence in clinical skills with a collaborative and growth-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable with outreach and enthusiastic about building relationships with local academic institutions.
- Available for on-site work in Issaquah, WA (7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in APPIC-approved internship or postdoctoral training sites.
- Familiarity with APA accreditation requirements for training programs.
- Interest in helping shape and lead a developing training program.
- Board certification or interest in board certification in neuropsychology or related specialty.
