Were hiring an Insurance Sales & Service Representative to support both client service and revenue growth within the agency. This role blends customer service and sales, giving you the opportunity to build relationships, support clients, and identify coverage opportunities. Youll handle day-to-day service needs while also contributing to account growth through cross-selling and proactive outreach. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple client needs while maintaining a professional and helpful approach. This position offers strong training, mentorship, and long-term growth within a stable, well-established agency.
- Base salary: $50,000
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-4:30 PM

Responsibilities
- Follow up with clients on policies, renewals, and service needs
- Cross-sell and round accounts to increase coverage and retention
- Process payments and update client information
- Handle policy changes, endorsements, and documentation
- Issue certificates of insurance (COIs), ID cards, and other documents
- Educate clients on coverage options and recommend solutions
Requirements
- Property & Casualty license preferred, or willingness to obtain within 90 days
- Prior customer service experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems
- Experience with agency management systems preferred
