We are actively hiring for an Entry Level Marketing & Sales Manager Trainee in San Jose! This is a full-time, in-person position designed for individuals looking to launch a long-term career in marketing, sales, and business development.

No prior experience is required—we provide hands-on training, mentorship, and a clear path into leadership.

In this role, you will work directly with customers inside a retail environment, representing major brands and helping drive new customer acquisitions through face-to-face marketing strategies.

What You’ll Do:

Execute in-store marketing campaigns and promotions
Engage directly with customers to promote products/services
Assist with brand awareness and customer acquisition
Track performance metrics and campaign results
Learn leadership and team management skills

Strong communication skills

Ability to work full-time (weekends may be required)
High school diploma or equivalent
