Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with other team members and provide general administrative support.
  • Understand carrier appointment processes and requirements
  • Assign hierarchy structure and commission levels
  • E&O verifications and license validations
  • Communicating with carrier contracting departments to resolve delays, escalations, or missing documentation
  • Prepare and distribute internal and external correspondence, emails, and reports
  • Ability to guide new agents through onboarding steps and portal access.
  • Skilled at explaining processes clearly and keeping agents motivated and engaged
  • Handle calls, take messages and send clear email communications
  • Accurately input data into databases and spreadsheets
  • Provide support for special projects and events
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Provide excellent customer service to all office visitors and staff

Requirements:

  • Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Education: High school diploma as a minimum; higher education or related areas will be positively valued.
  • Experience: Minimum of three years office experience is highly preferred.
  • Attention to detail: Ability to carry out administrative tasks and follow-up with precision and meticulousness.
  • Initiative: Proactivity in seeking improvements
  • Computer knowledge: Familiarity with the use of Microsoft Office.
