Hours are 8-5pm Monday - Thursday, 8-12pm Friday. Applicant must have experience in medical receptionist. Applicant must have experience with eClinical Works EMR. This is a salary position and will be based on the amount of experience.Thank you.
Job duties to include; Check out patients, answer phones, schedule patients, scan/drop loose papers into the EMR system, filing loose papers in chart, filing charts , scheduling and getting authorizations for ordered tests, faxing out dictated office notes for the doctors, faxing scripts for ordered tests and treatments, reschedule patients when the doctor's schedules change, manage medical records requests and put together N/P charts.
