Job Description

The Nurse Manager at East Corinth Clinic is a full-time, exempt role combining clinical nursing duties with practice management.

• Provides direct patient care, including triage, immunizations, and health education, while leading nursing staff.
• Oversees daily operations, staffing, workflow, and quality improvement initiatives to ensure efficient clinic functioning.
• Collaborates with providers and leadership to maintain high standards of care and compliance with regulations.
• Requires RN or LPN licensure in Vermont, with at least 3 years of clinical experience, preferably in primary or community health, and supervisory skills.
