Overview:
Travel IVs is seeking skilled and dedicated IV Infusion Nurses to join our dynamic team in the Santa Barbara, CA area. This is an independent contractor position offering flexibility, excellent pay, and the opportunity to make your own schedule. Ideal candidates are experienced nurses from ER, ICU, or IV teams who are looking to transition to a less stressful and more rewarding work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide mobile IV therapies at patients' locations using your personal vehicle.
- Communicate with company doctors and supervisors remotely.
- Build rapport and provide exceptional patient care.
- Ensure accurate and comfortable IV line insertion.
- Maintain timely communication with the administrative team via WhatsApp.
- Operate within a 20-mile radius of your service area.
Requirements:
- Valid RN license, active and in good standing.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience as an ER, ICU, or IV team nurse.
- Must have a reliable car and a valid driver's license.
- Ability to pass background and drug testing.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to use applications like WhatsApp, JotForm, Google Drive, and Square Appointments.
- Strong organizational and customer service skills.
