Team Member Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately

Prepare and cook menu items according to Tonyburgers quality standards

Deliver excellent customer service and respond to guest questions or concerns

Communicate with your Shift Leader about updates or issues during your shift

Follow Tonyburgers best practices for food safety and restaurant operations

Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, lobby, and restroom areas

Support teammates and contribute to a positive team environment

Stay consistent, reliable, and upbeat throughout every shift
What We’re Looking For

Friendly attitude and genuine smile every shift

Strong customer service mindset and ability to build emotional connections with guests

Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment

Clear communication skills in English or Spanish

At least 16 years of age

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
-
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate to heavy objects when needed
Previous restaurant or customer service experience is preferred but not required — paid training is provided to help you succeed.
