Job Description
The General Manager is responsible for directing the daily operations of an individual bakery café location. This leader ensures operational excellence, financial performance, guest satisfaction, and full staffing while operating in accordance with company policies, procedures, and brand standards.
The General Manager is accountable for building a strong team culture, driving sales, managing costs, and delivering consistent product quality and service.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Valid and current Food Manager Certification (ServSafe or equivalent approved program)
- 3+ years of restaurant management experience, with General Manager experience preferred
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience considered)
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, sanitation, labor management, and cost control
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience with inventory systems and reporting
- Valid driver’s license
- Eligible to work in the United States and consent to a background check
