Are you a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant looking for flexible PRN shifts in a modern, high-quality care environment? Aspen Transitional Rehab is hiring experienced CNAs to support our residents on a per diem basis, with availability across day, evening, and night shifts.

What You’ll Do
As a PRN CNA at Aspen, you will play a key role in helping patients regain independence and dignity by:
- Assisting with ADLs including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility
- Supporting safe patient transfers and ambulation
- Monitoring and reporting changes in resident condition
- Providing compassionate, respectful care in a fast-paced rehab setting
- Collaborating with nurses and therapists to promote recovery
Requirements:
- Active CNA license (Idaho)
- Minimum of 1 year of CNA experience (required)
- Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) preferred
- Flexibility to work day, evening, or night shifts as needed
- A team-oriented, reliable, and professional attitude
