Shifts Available: Evening (2nd) & Night (3rd)
Sign-On Bonus: $6,000 Full-Time | $3,000 Part-Time

Your Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to residents

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team

• Follow individualized care plans and maintain accurate documentation

• Promote resident dignity, safety, and comfort

• Build meaningful relationships with residents and families

What We’re Looking For

• Active RN license in North Carolina (or compact state)

• Experience in nursing homes, rehab centers, or assisted living preferred

• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail

• Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented
