The Marketing Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting both digital and traditional marketing efforts within a small team setting. Reporting directly to a supervisor, this role involves coordinating campaigns, developing content, managing social media and email marketing initiatives, and maintaining brand consistency. Minimal travel is expected as part of delivering impactful marketing projects. This is a 1099 contractor role which requires 5-10 hours per week with potential for more. This is a long term position with opportunity for growth.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Develop and create engaging content for various platforms
- Manage social media accounts to increase brand awareness
- Implement and monitor email marketing campaigns
- Track and report on marketing performance metrics
- Maintain consistent brand messaging and appearance
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in marketing
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of digital marketing, content creation, and social media management
- Familiarity with SEO basics and email marketing techniques
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Experience in property management is a plus
- Proficiency with Canva, CRM, database management, and tech-savvy tools
- Ability to follow procedures, multi-task, and work independently
- Team player who is coachable, self-starting, and detail oriented
- Reliable transportation for occasional event travel
- Professional working proficiency in English
