Enterprise Sales Executive

KSTA I.T. is seeking several experienced B2B Enterprise Account Executives with experience in service / solutions sales.
About the Role
In this hybrid role based in Salt Lake City, youll join a high-velocity inside sales team focused on selling to Enterprise clients across multiple sectors. Youll manage a wide range of accountsincluding multi-location businessesworking with industries such as commercial real estate, facilities management, restaurants, and construction. Youll work in a two-sided market and offer an exciting technical platform that will match buyers with service providers.
Supported by inbound leads and dedicated SDRs, your focus will be closing deals and helping customers streamline essential services with our clients tech platform.
What Youll Be Doing
Own the full sales process from prospecting to close, focusing on speed-to-close, deal quality, and long-term customer fit.
Handle primarily inbound leads (~70%) with some outbound prospecting, supported by two SDRs.
Sell into a range of verticals, including construction, restaurant chains, facilities, maintenance operators.
Present value-driven solutions using data, platform analytics, and ROI-focused discussions tailored to each customers operational needs.
Close business with Enterprise / Commercial client often across multiple locations or units.
Work closely with leadership to hit quarterly quotas and contribute to the growth and evolution of the sales team.
Collaborate cross-functionally to share client feedback, surface product improvement ideas, and refine sales enablement processes.
What Were Looking For
35 years of experience in full-cycle B2B sales, with a strong record of quota achievement.
Experience selling into multi-billion dollar Enterprise and large scale clients across multiple geographic locations
Ability to clearly communicate value and ROI in consultative, solution-driven sales conversations.
Background in high-growth, fast-paced tech startups or similarly demanding environments is preferred.
Comfortable working under pressure with aggressive growth targets and fast-moving processes.
Collaborative, curious, and data-savvysomeone who thrives in a results-oriented culture.
Must be based in Utah and willing / able to work in office in Lehi Utah 3 days per week (TuesdayThursday).
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary + Commission / Bonus
On-target earnings (OTE) = 2x salary
Quota = 4x OTE
