Job Description
Poster Child, the influencer marketing division of Brownstein Group, is seeking an influencer marketing professional to join our growing team. We are looking for a polished, self-starter who excels at client service, is fluent in Spanish, and has expertise in the Latino influencer space –with the experienced background prove it. This individual must have experience planning and executing large-scale influencer campaigns; experience managing relationships with large-scale clients; deep encyclopedic knowledge of Latino influencers; be chronically online. The Account Manager will be responsible for assisting with client relations; assisting with the management of influencer relationships; strategic planning across multiple campaigns and their execution. The Account Manager must be adept at identifying relevant and trending Latino influencers, translating videos, solving challenges for clients, and keeping campaigns organized. A strong understanding of the influencer industry is required. Qualified candidates will demonstrate an ability to communicate effectively with clients, successfully manage and execute top-tier influencer campaigns, and have innate fluency within the social media/influencer space.
Responsibilities:
- Manage, execute, and evaluate large-scale influencer marketing initiatives featuring primarily Spanish-speaking talent
- Research, Identify, and connect with relevant influencers that thoughtfully represent our clients to new and current audiences
- Support client initiatives through detailed measurement of campaign performance
- Research and pitch relevant, on-brand influencers, ensuring all partnerships align with client’s brand vision goals
- Develop relationships with influencer agents and managers to maintain day-to-day communication
- Manage influencer relationships to execute campaigns and thoughtfully navigate issues as they arise
- Support the team with deck building for pitches and recaps
- Support the team with spreadsheet building for campaigns
Requirements:
Qualifications:
- 3-4 years of work experience in influencer marketing
- Must be fluent in Spanish
- Influencer marketing agency experience preferred
- Experience working in a fast-paced business environment with regular client contact
- Organized—able to handle multiple work streams, schedules, budgets
- Detail-oriented—attentive and accurate
- Adaptable – focused yet flexible and comfortable with shifting needs and priorities
- Problem solver – willing and able to address challenges and help influencers and clients overcome them
- Proficient in Google Suite, Keynote, and Word
- Experience with influencer management software preferred
Physical Requirements & Working Conditions:
- Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time
- This position may require time in office buildings or outdoors
