We are seeking a Restaurant General Manager for a Casual Dining restaurant. You will be responsible for providing customers with excellent food and service in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all day to day operations.
- P&L proficient
- Oversee guest services and resolve issues
- Ensure a high quality of food and service
- Train and manage personnel
- Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
Qualifications:
- Current hospitality management as a GM
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
