A full-time 1st Grade General Education Teacher position is available to provide high-quality instruction and support to students in a dynamic elementary school setting. Work Hours: 35 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging lessons aligned with educational standards tailored to a diverse classroom of 1st graders.
- Maintain strong classroom management, fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere conducive to learning.
- Regularly assess student progress, utilizing data to differentiate instruction to meet individual needs.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to support student achievement and growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues and implement schoolwide expectations to promote positive behavior and social-emotional development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Education or a related field.
- Valid state teaching license.
- Experience in teaching at the elementary level, preferably 1st grade.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Dedication to creating an engaging and supportive learning environment for all students.
