· Social Media Advertising

· Drive innovative marketing strategies for real estate agents and brokerages

· Website maintenance and Google presence

· Create property flyers and marketing brochures for listings

· Ability to independently learn technology platforms provided by franchise

· Front-desk management supporting agent needs and welcoming customers

· Training new and transferring agents on office systems and technology tools

· Manage and communicate office calendar of trainings and social events
