Palmdale Oil currently operates in more than 50 counties across Florida and provides a wide range of tailored commercial fuel and lubricant solutions to customers in the agricultural, industrial, construction, marine, and government sectors. Operating out of 19 locations statewide, the company is a leader in the industry in the procurement and sale of gasoline, diesel, biodiesel, propane, commercial and industrial lubricants, and chemicals that are used across a diverse set of end markets.
Palmdale Oil is seeking aSales Representative who will be responsible for serving the Orlando Region. This role is responsible for generating new business, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and supporting the growth of Palmdale’s market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for aggressive prospecting and soliciting new business as well as retaining core customers currently in a relationship with Palmdale.
- Design strategic plans to achieve monthly goals.
- Prepare and present sales proposals to prospective customers.
- Ensure that communication with our customers is key and that all appointments are kept or the customer is notified immediately when there is a change in scheduling.
- Consistently communicate and demonstrate support and our Core Values, Mission Statement and Vision.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of outside sales experience - preferably in the industry.
- Excellent computer, customer service, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in an independent working environment.
