We are hiring CDL-A drivers for a dedicated regional fleet. This is a high-paying, hands-on position with consistent freight and weekly home time, ideal for drivers who like to stay active.

Position Details:

• Job Type: Regional – Dedicated Account
• Home Time: Weekly (34-hour reset)
• Start Time: Around 6:00 AM
• Schedule: Varies based on freight
• Activity Level: High (driver unload)

Pay & Compensation:

• Average: $1,759 per week (~$91,000/year)
• Top 10%: $2,274 per week (~$118,000/year)
• $320 per load (avg. 1–2 loads/week)
• CPM based on experience:
• • Starting at $0.62 CPM
  • Up to $0.68 CPM
• Safe & On-Time Bonus: up to 3% of mileage pay

Miles & Freight:

• Average: 1,400–1,700 miles per week
• 1–2 loads per week
• 2–3 stops per load
• Dry freight

Delivery Area:

• Nevada
• California
• Arizona
• Montana
• New Mexico
• North Dakota
• South Dakota
• Utah
• Wyoming

Job Duties:

• Deliver freight to retail store locations
• Hand unload trailers using rollers
• Climb in and out of trailer during deliveries
• Multi-stop routes
• Occasional backhauls to distribution center

Equipment:

• Automatic sleeper trucks
• 53' dry van trailers
• Newer, top-of-the-line equipment

Terminal Location:

• St. George, UT

• Within 50 miles of Albuquerque, NM
• Within 50 miles of St. George, UT
• Within 100 miles of Salt Lake City, UT
• Within 50 miles of Las Vegas, NV

Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 6 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
• Must meet DOT and safety requirements
• Must be able to handle physical unloading
