About the Role:

Customer Care/Social Media Manager the title says it all.

You'll be the friendly, knowledgeable voice that customers trust from the first call to the final handshake. You'll also bring our brand to life online through social media engagement.


Your Main Goals: Make every customer feel heard, understood, and cared for. Support the sales team by keeping schedules efficient and organized. Build our online presence by managing and growing our social media. Keep internal teams in the loop and working smoothly together.


What You'll Be Doing:

Appointment Coordination: Schedule and reschedule appointments with confidence and care. Maximize efficiency for the sales team's daily routes. Engage with prospects via calls, text, and social media.


Customer Support: Answer customer inquiries quickly and professionally. Keep CRM notes detailed and up-to-date. Maintain smooth handoffs between departments.


Marketing & Social Media: Help create simple marketing content (posts, videos, awards applications). Manage our social media calendar and respond to followers. Track engagement and suggest improvements.


Internal Communications: Update the team on customer feedback and marketing efforts.

Requirements: 1+ year customer service, social media management, or marketing experience preferred. Comfort using CRM systems, posting content, and responding online. Fluent in English and authorized to work in the U.S. Previous experience with short-form video creation (reels, shorts) is a plus.


Schedule & Location: Full-time | MondayFriday | On-site at our Goochland, VA office. Occasional flexibility based on workload or special events.
