Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:
- Active state licensure as an SLP or SLPA
- Previous school-based experience is preferred, with the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Strong knowledge of IEP processes and best practices in communication disorder interventions
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt therapy approaches to individual student needs and learning styles
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and deliver therapy services to students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop, implement, and review individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s goals
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure cohesive support and measurable progress
- Document student progress regularly and adjust therapy strategies for optimal outcomes
- Provide guidance and resources to staff and parents to promote robust communication development within the school community
