Job Title: On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) – Temporary Position
Location: New Jersey (Ocean, Monmouth, Middlesex Counties)
Employment Type: Temporary / Part-Time
Schedule: On-call, every other week
- Monday – Thursday: 4:30 PM – 8:00 AM the following morning
- Friday 4:30 PM – Monday 8:00 AM (weekend coverage)
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in a temporary, on-call capacity. The RN will provide patient care and support in homecare, skilled nursing, and assisted living settings. This position is ideal for an experienced nurse looking for flexible, part-time, or supplemental work.
Responsibilities
- Provide on-call nursing coverage during assigned shifts.
- Deliver professional patient care in accordance with established clinical standards.
- Respond to patient and facility calls promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with facility staff and physicians to ensure continuity of care.
- Document patient interactions and interventions accurately.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Jersey.
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience (homecare, skilled nursing, or assisted living preferred).
- Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently during on-call hours.
- Excellent communication and patient care skills.
