Connect with potential clients to understand their unique insurance needs.
Educate clients on suitable insurance products and coverage options.
Develop personalized insurance proposals and quotes.
Process new business applications accurately and efficiently.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support.
Collaborate with the team to achieve agency goals.
Requirements
Oklahoma Property & Casualty License
Sales experience, preferably in property and casualty insurance or financial services.
Outbound calling experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills over the phone and in person
A genuine desire to help people find the right solutions.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM systems.
