A-Line Staffing is Hiring an On-Site Clinical Support Pharmacy Technician in Shelby Township, MI!

This position is non-patient facing and focused on pharmacy operations, supporting both prescription processing and doctor outreach.

Clinical Support Pharmacy Technician Compensation

• The pay for this position is $22.00-$25.00/hr
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Clinical Support Pharmacy Technician Highlights

• The required availability for this position 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM or 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM EST, Monday – Friday, no overtime required
• This position is a contract assignment

Clinical Support Pharmacy Technician Responsibilities

• Manage the Pharmacist Call Back queue by contacting doctor’s offices to clarify prescriptions or request new prescriptions on behalf of patients.
• Update patients on the status of prescription requests.
• Send “no-go” faxes to physician offices when prescriptions cannot be filled.
• Perform data entry tasks related to pharmacy operations.
• Maintain high productivity: 8 referrals per hour, 64 per day.

Clinical Support Pharmacy Technician Requirements:
Education/Certification:

• Required: High School Diploma or GED

Licensure:

• Required: Pharmacy Technician License

Experience:

• 2–4 years of pharmacy experience

Disqualifiers:

• Any upcoming PTO during the assignment period
