Our client, a fast-growing software development startup, is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead brand presence across events, content, and thought leadership. This is a high-visibility role for a creative, resourceful marketer who thrives in a fast-moving startup environment and wants full ownership of marketing execution. The Marketing Manager will play a key role in shaping the companys marketing strategy, with a strong focus on account-based marketing (ABM) and close collaboration with the sales organization.
What You'll Be Doing

Plan and execute the company's presence at industry conferences, community events, and hosted gatherings.

Own the content calendar, including blogs, newsletters, LinkedIn, customer spotlights, and thought leadership pieces.

Repurpose events and webinars into scalable assets such as recaps, clips, and short-form video content.

Build customized collateral for key accounts and equip the go-to-market team with compelling materials.

Coordinate closely with sales to align marketing efforts with account-specific campaigns and growth priorities.
What Were Looking For

2 to 5 years of B2B marketing experience (content, events, or demand generation) or experience in consulting.

Candidates may come from one of two backgrounds:
Former consultants (MBB or similar) looking to transition into marketing
Marketers from early-stage (SeedSeries B) B2B SaaS or AI startups -
Familiarity with account-based marketing, orif coming from consultinga willingness and ability to learn quickly.

Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives.

Excellent writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to produce content for events, blogs, newsletters, and LinkedIn.

A self-starter who is comfortable operating with limited resources and fast iteration cycles.
