Job DescriptionDeductions and Trade Spend Analyst
Hybrid | 3 Days In-Office
A leading organization in the Consumer Goods industry is seeking a Deductions and Trade Spend Analyst to support sales and financial operations for key clients. This role plays a vital part in maintaining accurate trade spend forecasting, ensuring timely deduction resolution, and strengthening cross-functional collaboration.
What You'll Do
- Maintain shipment forecasts and trade spend data
- Review, analyze, and accurately allocate trade deductions by customer, category, and event
- Reconcile actual trade spend against financial reporting to ensure accuracy
- Partner closely with sales teams to research and resolve deduction discrepancies
- Investigate unplanned or invalid charges and communicate resolution steps
- Serve as a point of contact for deduction-related inquiries
- Retrieve, organize, and manage brand and trade documentation across platforms
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
- 3+ years in deductions, collections, accounting, or financial operations
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Technically curious, adaptable, and proactive in problem-solving
Work Model
- Hybrid: 3 days in the office each week
Pay Details: $30.00 to $32.00 per hour
