Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in Indiana, or eligibility for licensure by the position start date
- Previous experience serving elementary-aged students preferred
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to effectively partner with educators, staff, and families
- Comfortable providing services on-site within a school environment
- Ability to design and implement individualized interventions
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy evaluations and treatments for students with a range of physical, sensory, or developmental needs
- Develop student-centered OT goals and participate in the creation and review of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers and support staff to ensure therapy recommendations are seamlessly integrated into the classroom
- Engage with families to share progress, provide resources, and foster carry-over of skills at home
- Accurately document all assessments, therapy sessions, and student outcomes
