Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time Pharmacist position is available to cover a maternity leave starting in January at a 340B Pharmacy (FQHC) facility. This role offers an opportunity to join a brand-new pharmacy, working in a supportive environment with no holidays or weekend shifts. Following the initial contract period, the position transitions to part-time, with a three-day workweek, aligned opposite the pharmacist currently on leave.
Responsibilities include conducting final medication reviews and checks, providing patient counseling, overseeing pharmacy technicians, and dispensing medications accurately and efficiently. Familiarity with the PioneerRX software system is beneficial, though training will be provided.
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
- No weekends or holidays
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Active and clear Indiana Pharmacist license
- Experience in a 340B pharmacy setting is highly preferred
- Open to recent pharmacy graduates willing to learn and adapt
