Full-Time Position - Monday to Thursday

Our organization is dedicated to serving the community and its patients. With the assistance of a practice manager and a highly skilled on-site team, along with a vast network of experts nationwide, you will have access to all the resources and support needed.

  • Become part of a collaborative team of 12 that values communication and community.
  • Work schedule: Monday 8 AM - 5 PM, Tuesday 9 AM - 6 PM, Wednesday 8 AM - 5 PM, Thursday 8 AM - 5 PM.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Valid dental hygienist license in MO and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (as required).
  • Strong understanding of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation.
  • Current CPR Certification.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience as a hygienist, including new graduates.
  • Familiarity with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems.
  • Willingness to continue learning and developing clinical skills to meet patient needs and provide preventive care and overall dental health maintenance.
  • Clinical requirements as needed by the office.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to perform essential duties as required by the office/doctor with or without reasonable accommodation. Accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting and standing.
  • Capability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds occasionally.
  • Availability to participate in virtual or in-person training sessions periodically throughout the year.
  • As part of our commitment to a safe and healthy environment for both team members and patients, a tuberculosis (TB) test is mandatory for all new hires in dental office roles. This standard requirement must be completed before starting employment. The test will be arranged during the pre-employment process, with guidance and paperwork provided. This requirement does not apply in the states of FL & TN.
