Mohawk Chevrolet is looking for a driven, accountable, and customer-focused Sales Manager to join our leadership team.
This is not a desk manager position where you'll sit in an office waiting for deals to come to you. We are looking for a leader who thrives on the showroom floor, coaches salespeople in real time, drives performance, and helps create an exceptional customer experience.

Pay Range: $185,000+ depending on performance
What You'll Do
- Lead and motivate a team of sales consultants to achieve sales and gross profit objectives
- Work directly with customers to structure and close deals
- Coach salespeople daily on product knowledge, sales process, objection handling, and follow-up
- Review CRM activity and hold the team accountable for lead management and customer follow-up
- Ensure every opportunity is maximized, including internet leads, phone leads, appointments, and showroom traffic
- Monitor sales performance metrics and develop action plans to improve results
- Partner with Finance, Service, and BDC teams to create a seamless customer experience
- Help recruit, train, and develop future sales professionals and leaders
What We're Looking For
- Previous automotive sales management experience preferred
- Proven track record of driving sales performance and team accountability
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead by example
- CRM and dealership software experience
- Positive attitude and growth mindset
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of automotive dealership sales experience
- Prior management or supervisory experience strongly preferred
- Familiarity with tools such as V-Auto and dealership management systems
