Candidates must possess a valid RN license along with essential certifications such as BLS, and potentially ACLS or PALS. - Employ the nursing process to deliver comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accountability for the care provided to assigned patients.

Qualifications:
Education: Completion of a nursing program (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
Licensure: Must obtain and maintain a current RN license in the state of employment or possess compact licensure, fulfilling all state board requirements.
Certifications:
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or completion of the course within 30 days of hire.
- Additional certifications may be required based on the specific unit, including but not limited to:
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
- ENPC (Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course)
- TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course)
- CPHON (Certified Pediatric/Hematology/Oncology Nurse)
- OCN (Oncology Certified Nurse)
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
- PEARS (Pediatric Assessment Recognition and Stabilization)
- S.T.A.B.L.E. (Sugar, Temperature, Airway, Blood Pressure, Lab Work, And Emotional Support)
- C-EFM (Fetal Monitor Certification)
- Other unit-specific certifications as necessary.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to regularly push, pull, or lift up to 50 lbs.
- Prolonged standing and walking required during shifts.
- Capability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat as needed for job functions.
