- About Facility:
- Outpatient Clinic
- 36 exam rooms
- Monday – Friday 8:30-5pm
- Outpatient Clinic
- Department Information:
- Minimum Experience required: 1-year of ambulatory clinic experience – will not accept experience outside of ambulatory care
- Will you accept a first-time traveler? Yes
- Patient Types/Common Diagnoses:
- Cancer patients being seen in clinic (all types of cancer)
- Will not manage infusion patients
- Required License, National Certification, Certs (BLS, ACLS, etc.), or other position specific requirements such as Driver's License and/or Insurance:
- LPN: BLS
- Skills required:
- LPN:
- Required: answering buckets in EPIC, comfortability to room patients, perform point of care testing, injections, assisting MD with procedures, etc.
- Preferred: Port / IV skills, knowledge of Chemo/Immunotherapy side effects

- Leadership – Manager, Supervisor
- RNs
- LPNs
- MAs
- MDs
- Lab on site
- Radiology on site

- EPIC/ ENCOMPASS

- Employee specific with years of experience; typical 1-week orientation
- Scheduling:
- No Weekends

- Closed on Holidays that fall on weekdays
