Lacon Rehab & Nursing is looking for a Registered Nurse Supervisor to fill a part-time position. You'll work in our skilled nursing facility providing exceptional, personalized care.
Responsibilities include working as a floor nurse, as well as overseeing the clinical staff in the building LPN's, RN's and CNA's. The Registered Nurse Supervisor assumes primary nursing responsibilities for the management of residents and staff. To ensure resident care is administered in accordance with the company's policies and procedures, the Registered Nurse Supervisor will utilize nursing practice and management skills and serves as a professional role model to staff. The Registered Nurse Supervisor directs the formulation and implementation of resident's care plan to meet specialized needs of residents.

- Active state RN License.
- Prior experience working in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility.
