The Healthcare Operations Coordinator supports the organization’s strategic plan initiatives in overseeing assigned projects, providing leadership to completion, and maintaining sustainability. This role works cross-functionally with clinical staff, administrative teams, and leadership to streamline workflows and manage projects.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Public Health, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
1–3+ years of experience in healthcare operations, administration, or coordination roles
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
