What You’ll Do
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to understand their skills, goals, and cultural fit
- Match top talent with roles where they can succeed and grow
- Drive business growth through B2B sales, client outreach, and cold calling
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers
- Manage multiple job orders while delivering consistent, high-quality communication
- Provide an exceptional candidate and client experience from first contact to placement
- Track activity, pipelines, and performance using ATS and CRM tools
- Collaborate with teammates and contribute ideas to improve processes and outcomes
- Step in where needed—this is a hands-on, flexible role with significant room for advancement
What We’re Looking For
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- Proven B2B sales or business development experience (cold calling strongly preferred)
- A strong customer service mindset with polished professionalism
- Confidence, resilience, and the ability to thrive in a high-volume environment
- Excellent communication, listening, and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and strong follow-up abilities
- Coachable, growth-driven, and excited about future leadership opportunities
- Comfortable using recruiting tools, social media, and MS Office or Google Suite
- Recruiting or staffing experience is a plus—but we will train the right person
