- Lead and manage the Growth Enablement team including proposal managers, technical writers, analysts, and operations staff
- Oversee proposal and capture execution to ensure accuracy, compliance, quality, and competitiveness
- Drive process alignment, capacity planning, tooling optimization, and continuous improvement across growth functions
- Provide hands-on leadership for the most strategic pursuits, including pricing, narratives, and business volumes
- Own and maintain CRM systems, proposal repositories, intelligence tools, and partner databases
- Ensure consistent use of templates, playbooks, training materials, and reusable artifacts
- Track contract vehicles and growth intelligence to inform pursuit strategy
- Present growth enablement insights and results to leadership and stakeholders
- Represent the organization at conferences, industry events, and partner meetings
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in proposal management, capture management, bid management, or growth enablement
- Experience supporting digital services, IT consulting, or software development pursuits
- Strong proposal leadership experience across RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, ROMs, and contract modifications
- Proven ability to lead teams, improve processes, and manage competing priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong editorial eye
- Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving growth environments
- Ability to work independently in a distributed, remote organization
- Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship and pass required background checks
