Full-Time, Work is in-person
Description of Duties:
- Manage the intake process for siding and roofing contracts including material & labor take-offs, budget creation, scheduling, verification process, pre-con meetings, etc.
- Approve the invoices from our installation partners
- Ensure financial goals are met by driving production on time
- Focus: On time, on budget, and excellent craftsmanship
- Coach, mentor, and develop all direct reports to ensure operational efficiency, service, quality, and cost-effective management of resources
- All jobs to be installed with the utmost attention to detail and quality - Customer satisfaction to remain at 90% minimum with a goal of 95%.
- Ensure all scheduling of installation projects is done daily & communicated to necessary parties
- Ensure all subordinates are properly and continuously trained on safety and installation
- Provide excellent customer service and answer any installation questions from our customers
- Complete all required paperwork as requested within timeframes provided
- Provide daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual production reports
- Communicate company policies and procedures concerning installation and service
- Stay current with applicable local, state, federal safety, and OSHA programs
Qualifications:
- 5 years experience in construction having managed production for at least a $10MM annual revenue home improvement/contracting company
- 1-3 years experience using Microsoft Business Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to have a flexible schedule during peak season
- Must be comfortable working in inclement weather as needed. Jobsite visits will be necessary occasionally
- Must be a problem solver who takes a proactive approach to improving services
- High energy and drive
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal teams, external vendors, and subcontractors
- Strong ability to triage and prioritize
- Must be strong with technology as we use software for all estimates, take-offs, budgets, issuing PO's, and primary communication
- Compensation & Benefits:
$114,000 - $134,000 total compensation based on experience and proven track record with benefits including:
- Base Pay: $100,000 - $120,000 based on experience
- Bonus Pay: Up to $14,000 per year for hitting EBITDA goals

Experience:
- Production Management: 5 years (Required)
- Gutter, Siding, or Roofing Installation: 2 years (Preferred)
