We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to support our culinary team in a retirement community setting. This role assists with daily kitchen operations while ensuring high-quality meals that meet residents’ dietary needs.
Requirements:

3–5 years of culinary experience (senior living, healthcare, or hospitality preferred)

Knowledge of special and therapeutic diets (diabetic, low-sodium, texture-modified, etc.)

Supervisory experience leading and training kitchen staff

Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
Responsibilities:

Assist with daily food production and kitchen operations

Supervise and support kitchen staff

Ensure meals meet quality and dietary guidelines

Maintain cleanliness and compliance with health regulations

Support the Executive Chef as needed
Schedule:

Full-time; may include weekends and holidays
